Essex Ice Hockey is a family run business. All of our staff are passionate about skating and many play at high levels and also coach. This means we can advise and support our customers whether they are new to the sport, playing for a local team or playing for their country.

We stock a wide range of skates and kit so our customers have plenty of choice.
Our staff are available to answer questions and offer advice both in our store or via our contact us page.

We carry everything a skater needs, from full kit and skates, sticks and bags, helmets and jerseys to accessories, gift ideas and of course tape - a skater can never have enough tape!

Our store is open 6 days with 2 late nights. Our staff will ensure your new kit fits correctly and as we have such a wide choice across different brands we can ensure we work with your shape, firm and ability. Starter kits are available for younger skaters and for youth, junior or senior players we can create a bespoke kit.

Our experienced skate fitters will help you choose the best boot for your playing level. If you purchase in store these will be fitted for you and we heat mould and sharpen blades on site.
